* We arrange a pre-meeting a few weeks before the wedding, and will also visit the venue before the day.

* Opening titles, set into music of your choice.

* We arrive one hour before your ceremony to film the groom, best man, guests, bride and bridal party arriving.

* Filming of the ceremony.
(Subject to conditions by your church / registrar)

* Additional filming during the signing of the register.

* Informal filming while the photographer is taking your photos.

* Confetti shot as you leave the church for your reception.

* We then video the table layouts etc and receiving line to the wedding breakfast.

* Speeches.

* Cutting of the cake
(Providing it is shortly after the speeches have finished)

* End titles and Credits
Interlaced with clips from the day and music.

* 2 Gold embossed luxury DVD cases with
‘Our Wedding Day’
and a photo of the bride and groom with date on disk.

Extras

* Additional copies of the film in luxury padded Case with gold embossed writing.

* Montage of up to 50 photos set to your favourite music at the beginning of the film, showing your childhood memories or your journey to marriage.

* 2 minute clip of your choice, which can be sent to you by email after the final edit; then forwarded onto your friends who couldn't make the day.

FAQ

Will the videography be discreet?

Of course. We make sure before hand that we know where we will be stood for the ceremony and other shots; so will not move about during this time. We do not set shots up as a photographer would and like to capture people's true personalities to make a natural looking film.

How soon will the film be complete?

We obviously don't like to rush the editing time as this is where the 'Magic happens'. However you won't be waiting longer than 2 weeks.

Can I choose the music?

Absolutely. Music is something which everyone has a different taste in and is what really make your wedding film special to you. We will ask for your choice of 3/4 different songs or pieces of music that you would like over the film and put these in where appropriate.

We also do not charge extra for the music license.

Can we discuss our wedding & packages beforehand?

Yes. We will arrange a pre meeting at a time to suit you and can discuss what you would like out of your wedding film or if there's anything you'd specifically like in there or not filmed.

All the packages can be modified to suit your needs and we'll happily discuss this when we meet.

How long will our wedding film last?

Well this will obviously depend on which package you go for. Also small things like the number of guests you have can make a difference to the length of your film. It can vary from 40 minutes up to 90 minutes; or if you have longer speeches it may even come on 2 DVDs, once we know what you'd like filmed we will be happy to give you a closer estimate.

What if the cameraman is ill or the equipment breaks down?

We always carry back up equipment if anything was to go wrong; but our cameras are of a very high standard and regularly serviced to prevent such occasions happening.

We also have back up Videographer's we work closely with so will always be able to film the day whatever should happen.
